learning to love my fat bod got me going to the gym, bc my mindset went from ”“gotta be thin, gotta go to the gym”“ to ”“being able to lift heavy shit would be fun, let’s go to the gym”“
15+ years of hating my fat body made me continue getting fatter and more unhealthy
6 months of loving my fat body lost me 3 stone, and did wonders for my mood
